Project Overview

For a leading corporate payments company, the goal was to create a seamless and controlled payment experience that enables businesses and consumers to manage expenses efficiently. This project focused on designing an intuitive and scalable platform that streamlines the payment process while maintaining high control and flexibility.

Problem Statement and Approach

The company faced challenges with fragmented payment systems, leading to inefficient expense management and a disjointed user experience. Our approach was twofold:

1. Technical Workstream: Our first step was to ensure a stable, scalable website that could adapt quickly to the changing landscape. In a strategic move, we chose to implement Sitecore, a decision that aligns with the company’s goal of maintaining multiple operations seamlessly.

2. Design Workstream: Despite the existence of multiple microsites, the company sought to create a more cohesive structure, navigation, and functionality across its digital presence. Our goal was to design a unified user experience that could be replicated across future site developments while still allowing each site to maintain its unique identity.

Solution

– Developed a repeatable design and user-experience strategy for the Adobe Experience Manager platform, ensuring consistency across multiple sites while maintaining individual site identity.

– Established vital success factors for website organization, experience architecture, navigation, functionality, and visual design.

– Designed a mobile-responsive framework that addresses the specific needs of mobile users, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.
